The 4th Annual Junior Wildcats Summer Basketball Skills Camp will be held June 10-14 and is open to boys and girls entering 3rd-7th grade. The camp will be divided into skill divisions to maximize learning and its focus will be teaching basketball fundamentals in an enthusiastic and positive environment. The camp is led by Franklin High School’s Varsity boys’ basketball head coach, Ken Manfredi, and his coaching staff and Varsity players. All campers will receive 15 hours of instruction, a Junior Wildcats reversible jersey, a camp basketball and an individual photo. Skill instruction will include shooting, dribbling, passing, footwork, rebounding, and individual and team defense. Campers will also be introduced to the three core values of the Franklin basketball program: Attitude, Effort, and Skill. Through instructional stations, team play, and skills competitions, this camp will help develop each participant’s skills, confidence, and enjoyment of the game.
